I can use AI agents when I get my Computer Voice Control XR Glasses setup back.
Why do you want to use AI agents?
AI agents can save me time managing the SwitchUpCB log.
Here is why.
Consumer AI solutions (e.g., Google Gemini) are helping me complete tasks in 2026, but were not in 2025.
Here are examples of these tasks.
- text generation (e.g., research, drafts, sources)
- image manipulation (e.g., editing)
- software development (e.g., scripts)
- emotional processing
- decision-making (e.g., health routines todo - link output, seb derm elimination diet todo - link output, food cost comparisons between multiple stores todo - link output)
I can save more time with AI agents when AI agents modify files and use tools for me.
Right now, I am still required to implement file changes even when the AI suggests them because I am not using colloquial "AI agents".
How would this affect your productivity?
Using AI agents would increase my productivity in comparison to my Computer Voice Control XR Glasses setup which uses voice commands.
Voice commands use AI to implement voice commands, but AI is not a core feature of the voice command implementation. So, a voice command cannot suggest file changes or communicate. Instead, it functions like a keyboard controlled by your voice.
Here are examples of how this would affect my productivity using prior setups.

Comparison vs. Computer Voice ( Command) Control XR Glasses setup
This setup from Nov 6, 2025 could be used
- in the factory where your hands were occupied for 12 hours a day (40+ hours a week), but your mind was not.
- in a working-camp homeless environment (e.g., sleeping behind the factory while renting an apartment to save commute time) when you were walking to a destination.
This setup also requires you to connect to a computer and configure the connection with the voice access software before you used the computer remotely. Ideally, the computer was closer to you to reduce latency.
My factory setup was 13 miles away and experienced (80 to 100) ms latency.
You can use this setup for consumption and generative work.
- You can navigate to websites and login (i.e. click buttons).
- You can watch videos and perform research.
- You can record thoughts in a text file.
- You can record music in a DAW while walking to a blood test appointment (true story).
However, using voice commands is not efficient for work which requires pinpoint accuracy.
- You login by saying "voice access switch to chrome", "voice access click 1", "voice access google.com", "voice access press enter", "press login", "scroll down", "keep scrolling", etc.
- You spend a lot of time saying voice commands to edit one word in a file.
- You spend a lot of time saying voice commands to move your files around in a DAW (assuming the keybinds are heard correctly).
- You spend a lot of time placing your playhead in a video editing software.
So, you cannot edit your written draft, program a software script, or perform any editing workflow.
AI agents can perform some editing workflows which includes editing a written draft, programming a software script, etc.
- You can say "Go to Google Login Page" and the agent starts the browser and sends the request for the webpage: This implementation requires one "command"; not multiple.
- You can say "write a programming script that does xyz" or "edit the sentence that starts with abc" and the agent edits the text: This implementation does not require you to issue numerous commands for precision.
- You can say "remove the background of this image" and the AI agent removes the background: This implementation is not possible with voice commands unless you plan to scream commands at Photoshop all day.
Comparison vs. Mouse Keyboard XR Glasses setup
This setup from August 15, 2024 could be used
- in your bed or on the couch.
- in any location where a laptop or computer was harder to use, but a keyboard and mouse could be used (e.g., sales floor).
The motivation for this setup occurred in an environment where physical fatigue prevented progress.
You are sitting in a chair working on a computer and your back is fatigued, but you are still motivated to work.

Specifically, my monthly-stay hotel room did not have a desk, but rather an elevated kitchen table and working there was uncomfortable. So, I worked at that table and the drawer under the bedroom TV which required weird posturing.
I would show you a picture of my hotel room drawer setup, but I lost my phone. So, instead you only get a picture of the elevated kitchen table.
This XR Glasses setup was drafted to solve this problem, but it did not get implemented until later (when I no longer lived in the hotel).

When don't you use AI agents?
AI agents are a tool (i.e. the means) and not my most prioritized objective (i.e. the end).
I don't use AI agents when the objectives I use them for are completed.
This assertion is made after analyzing my actions.
- Emotional Execution is the highest priority in "Senza's" decision-making tree.
- So, SwitchUpCB log — which helps with communication and productivity — must be a means to an end for his objectives*.
- So, AI agents which save you time on the log are a means to an end for the log.
- So, I would still have worked on the log even when AI did not exist, but the work (i.e. the means) would have taken longer.

Here is an example of these actions.
I posted an Instagram story about AI on a day where I planned to work on the log.
I didn't plan to use AI on that day, but the functionality of the Google Search AI (Gemini) surprised me when it developed a python script for a blog software implementation task.

So, this AI Agent setup objective is motivated by
- an environment where I am constantly on the move
- I am unhoused.
- I walk everywhere and use public transportation.
- Sometimes, I do not use public transportation — to save $6 — and end up walking 10 miles with a 20-pound backpack and a 20+ pound suitcase in one day.
- Therefore, my hands are frequently occupied.
- an environment where space and weight costs (as a laptop is 10+ pounds and 15+ inches in a single dimension).
- a workflow which requires time and time is my bottleneck now as offline distribution tools (e.g., tools which offline apps like obsidian as an interface) cost almost nothing to host.
There exists obstacles in this provisional objective.
- I lost a phone and my other phone doesn't work with the XR glasses as fluid as the other phone. So, I want to purchase another phone for this task.
- My XR glasses (with custom prescription lens inserts) are in a pawn shop. So, either I reclaim the item from the pawn shop or purchase another set of XR glasses and custom prescription lens inserts.
- I'm unhoused.
- I do not have a room to securely run a laptop remotely.
- Storage Units are not reliable and require a generator.
- I would have to rent a server (e.g., Citrix DaaS) and this costs money.
- I have 2 dollars in my bank account (as of November 3rd, 2026) and I am not motivated to "work" for money because
- My monthly expenses without food are less than $200.
- My current optimal sexual strategy requires no money (with the exception of traveling to Miami South Beach).
- I can sleep, eat, and work on SwitchUpCB — which includes work on the music I am releasing soon — with this budget.
- I was making money without working until some people lied and messed up the income stream.
- This income stream does not refer to male stripping.
- I could work for 3 days in a physical labor temp job to make ~$360 ($120 per day) which is equivalent to ~2 months living my current lifestyle. However, living my current lifestyle for 2 months on that amount — when food costs are not factored — isn't realistic unless I want my items to degrade without repair.
- Facebook Marketplace Buyers miss purchase appointments which wastes my time unless I schedule the appointments in alignment with the time I am physically located at the storage unit. However, I am not physically located at the storage unit for a significant amount of time for various reasons.
- Yet my brain continues to procrastinate even one day of physical labor temp job work.
I must address these issues to acquire the means for my end objectives.
