• An employee stated I could not donate plasma due to "Zip Code Range" at 12:20 PM.

I entered a Grifols at ~1 PM.

• An employee requested 3 IDs to verify my proof of identity, social security, and address.
• An employee stated I could not donate plasma due to "Zip Code Range" at ~1:10 PM.

I entered a KEDPLASMA at ~2 PM.

• An employee requested 2 IDs toverify my proof of identity, social security, and address.
• An employee stated I could not donate plasma due to "Zip Code Range" at ~2:10 PM.
